Requirements
- High school diploma required
- 1-2 years of Commission Based sales experience
- Knowledge of flooring products including carpet, tile, laminate, wood, LVP
- Ability to learn and use a variety of software including MS Office, project management tools and CRM
- 1-2 years of Construction Management experience
- Experience overseeing large customer projects end-to-end
- Strong Communication skills: Professional and able to communicate with all levels of staff and outside resources
- Self-Starter: Motivated, organized, and proactive
- Problem Solver: Creative thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
Nice To Haves
- Some college preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist in all phases of each flooring project until successful completion and final billing and payment in full of the project.
- Serve as a communications link between the Sales Executive, customer, vendors, installation subcontractors, installation supervisors, and the accounting department.
