Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in a sales-driven environment
• High energy, competitive mindset, and a passion for helping others succeed
• Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
• A solid understanding of canvassing, B2B sales, and upselling strategies
• Experience with CRMs like Salesforce and sales performance tracking
• Ability to analyze team performance metrics and improve results
• Entrepreneurial spirit - you get out what you put in, the sky's the limit!

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed goals
• Assist homeowners through the claims process and meet with insurance adjusters
• Provide hands-on support by conducting inspections to assess damage
• Drive team performance by attending and leading weekly sales meetings
• Develop prospecting strategies and hold reps accountable for outreach efforts
• Track team progress, provide performance feedback, and implement improvement plans
• Help close deals and collect payments when needed
• Actively contribute to strategic planning and territory expansion
