About The Position

Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding into the Dallas market and is seeking experienced roofing sales professionals for a leadership development program. This role offers the opportunity to build a business from the ground up, with a focus on maximizing income and creating long-term career opportunities. The position involves generating business, managing restoration projects, and delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a clear path to leadership roles such as Team Lead or Market Leader.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience required
Proven ability to generate sales and manage customer relationships
Strong understanding of roofing, restoration, and insurance claim processes
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
Leadership potential and a desire for career advancement
Valid driver's license required
Pickup truck required (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
Willingness to relocate to Dallas, Texas for the required 180-day training program

Responsibilities

Lead from the front by generating business and setting the pace in the field
Build and maintain relationships with homeowners throughout the restoration process
Oversee roofing and restoration projects while ensuring quality production and customer satisfaction
Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing future sales representatives
Coach and mentor team members through ride-alongs, field training, and daily support
Help drive team performance, accountability, and market growth
Learn leadership systems and management strategies directly from experienced company leaders
Develop the skills necessary to transition into a Team Lead or Market Leader role
