About The Position
Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding into the Dallas market and is seeking experienced roofing sales professionals to join their team. As one of the fastest-growing storm restoration companies in the country, Heritage provides systems, leadership development, and support to help driven sales professionals maximize their income and build long-term careers. This role is ideal for experienced roofing sales representatives looking to advance into leadership positions. The trainee will utilize their sales experience to generate business, manage restoration projects, and deliver exceptional customer experiences, while developing the skills necessary for leadership.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of roofing sales experience required
- Proven ability to generate sales and manage customer relationships
- Strong understanding of roofing, restoration, and insurance claim processes
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented
- Leadership potential and a desire for career advancement
- Valid driver's license required
- Pickup truck required (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
- Willingness to relocate to Dallas, Texas for the required 180-day training program
Responsibilities
- Lead from the front by generating business and setting the pace in the field
- Build and maintain relationships with homeowners throughout the restoration process
- Oversee roofing and restoration projects while ensuring quality production and customer satisfaction
- Assist with recruiting, onboarding, and developing future sales representatives
- Coach and mentor team members through ride-alongs, field training, and daily support
- Help drive team performance, accountability, and market growth
- Learn leadership systems and management strategies directly from experienced company leaders
- Develop the skills necessary to transition into a Team Lead or Market Leader role
