Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
• Ability to complete the required 180-day paid training in Dallas, TX

Nice To Haves

• No roofing experience is required
• Successful candidates often come from sales, athletics, military, hospitality, customer service, retail management, or construction

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Perform roof inspections for storm damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Manage roofing restoration projects from start to finish
• Build relationships and generate referrals
• Deliver outstanding customer service
