About The Position

Heritage Roofing & Construction is expanding into the Oklahoma City market and hiring motivated individuals who want to build a high-income career in sales and project coordination. No roofing experience is required—we provide paid training, mentorship, and a proven path to success. This role offers uncapped commission with unlimited earning potential, paid training with base pay + per claim pay + commission, a clear path to leadership and career advancement, and incentive trips, contests, and team events. All Oklahoma City hires will complete a paid 180-day training program in Dallas, TX before returning to help launch and grow the Oklahoma City market. During training, you'll work alongside experienced Heritage team members, learn our sales and project management process, and gain the hands-on experience needed to succeed in your market.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Pickup truck (or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
• Ability to complete the required 180-day paid training program in Dallas, TX

Nice To Haves

• No roofing experience is required
• No previous sales experience is required

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners in storm-affected neighborhoods
• Perform roof inspections for storm damage
• Educate homeowners on the insurance restoration process
• Manage roofing restoration projects from start to finish
• Build relationships within the community and generate referrals
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the restoration process
