This is how you WOW: Build and support business relationships with strategic accounts across multiple divisions within the Institutional business unit. Serve as the primary contact for customers and sales reps, providing proactive tracking and enhanced service support. Manage complex equipment installations and coordinate activities across internal departments and logistics partners to meet deadlines. Collaborate with the Sales Director on strategic approaches and provide effective product recommendations for resellers. Investigate and resolve billing issues while accurately maintaining customer information in the CRM system.
