Summary The Sales Program Manager (SPG SRM) is a strategic role supporting the growth and development of our sales culture across SPG portfolio companies. Reporting to the Chief Sales/ Growth Officer, (CGO) this position collaborates with sales, marketing, and operational teams to deliver initiatives that drive sales enablement, program management, and market intelligence. The Program Manager leverages data, industry insights, and program management expertise to optimize sales performance and support innovative stop loss solutions.
