About The Position

Crain Automotive Group is looking for New & Used Vehicle Sales Professionals and Product Specialists to join their growing team across Central Arkansas. They emphasize that business is great, they have the inventory and the customers, and they are looking for motivated individuals to join their team. No experience is required as they provide hands-on and virtual training. Many team members make over $100K in their first year, and there is a clear path to management through internal promotions.

Requirements

Motivated, goal-oriented individuals with strong communication skills
Sales ability
Excellent customer service mindset
Professional appearance and work ethic
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Success in other customer facing jobs is a plus
Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply

Responsibilities

Sell new and used vehicles
