About The Position
Cesna Group, a multinational recruitment firm, is seeking Bilingual Korean Sales Recruitment Consultants to join their team. The company focuses on delivering talent solutions worldwide and is committed to fostering diverse, inclusive, and equitable workplaces. This is a remote position based in NJ, USA, with a schedule of Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
Requirements
- Bilingual Korean
- Experienced in B2B sales field
- Strategic thinker who works effectively under pressure
- Passionate about performance, achievement, and teamwork
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Responsibilities
- Source candidates through headhunting, job boards, social media, and internal databases
- Conduct candidate interviews (screening, phone, virtual, and on-site)
- Manage the end-to-end interview process between candidates and clients
- Advise clients on hiring strategies and talent acquisition needs
- Present and promote qualified candidates to clients
- Extend offers to selected candidates and close placements
- Build and maintain client relationships through business development
- Promote Cesna Group’s services to new and existing clients
- Negotiate terms of business with clients
