About The Position

Aqua Quip, now part of Leslie's, is a leader in aquatic luxury and outdoor leisure, specializing in installation, service, repair, and maintenance. They offer user-friendly water care products for pools, spas, BBQs, outdoor kitchens, hearths, saunas, and backyard accessories. The Sales Professional role is crucial for driving revenue growth by converting leads into sales and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This position focuses on selling premium wellness products like hot tubs, swim spas, and saunas by understanding customer needs and providing tailored solutions. Success depends on strong follow-up, accountability, professionalism, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships in a fast-paced retail setting.

Requirements

  • Experience with financing options and payment plans
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to perform in a competitive sales environment
  • Dependable, self-motivated, and solution-oriented
  • Ability to contribute to a positive, team-focused workplace
  • Must be physically able to lift and carry at least 10 lbs. when needed
  • Must own and operate a smart phone
  • Must have reliable transportation

Responsibilities

  • Convert qualified leads into sales while building long-term customer relationships
  • Sell luxury wellness products by understanding customer needs and recommending the best solutions
  • Drive revenue growth by following up on every lead in a timely manner using multiple channels (phone, text, email, social media)
  • Track and manage leads and progress according to company guidelines
  • Monitor KPIs and proactively develop strategies to address opportunities
  • Maintain the highest standards of professionalism, accountability, and compliance with company policies
  • Follow all sales and operational processes consistently
  • Assist with showroom merchandising, cleaning, and replenishment as needed
  • Work a flexible retail schedule, including weekends and some holidays
  • Conduct site visits to customers’ homes when required
  • Work primarily indoors, with occasional outdoor work for events or installations
