About The Position

ARDEX Americas, a leader in high-performance building materials for over 75 years, is seeking an experienced Sales Professional to drive business growth across the New York Metro areas. The company offers innovative flooring and tile installation solutions and is committed to sustainability and employee development. This role involves daily territory travel and building strong relationships with customers.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of outside sales experience (flooring or tiling systems required)
• Technical proficiency and familiar with architectural specifications and construction design elements
• High levels of business integrity, ethics and good professional judgement
• High level of energy and enthusiasm for the industry. Solution driven and customer focused
• Ability to travel daily within territory (some overnight)
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Hands-on skills for field support; able to lift up to 70 lbs. (32kg) occasionally and carry up to 55 lbs. (25kg)

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth of ARDEX and Henry products across your designated territory
• Generate leads, win new business, and build strong relationships with distributors, contractors, and architects
• Conduct product demos, presentations, and training sessions
• Provide technical support and collaborate with corporate teams to ensure exceptional customer service
