About The Position

Subaru of Kings Automall is seeking motivated, outgoing individuals to launch a high-paying career in automotive sales. Even with no prior car sales experience, this role offers comprehensive training, coaching, and support to ensure success. The position involves assisting customers in finding suitable Subaru or pre-owned vehicles, accompanying them on test drives, building relationships, and delivering an excellent buying experience. The role requires utilizing company tools and training to enhance sales skills within a fun, energetic team environment.

Requirements

• 1 year of customer service, retail, or sales experience
• Great communication and people skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• High school diploma
• Team player who’s ready to learn and grow
