About The Position

Rooms To Go is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to help customers choose furniture and create their desired home designs. Associates use a consultative sales approach, supported by paid training, sales tools, advertising, financing options, and delivery services. The role offers uncapped monthly commissions, with average pay around $70,000–$100,000 per year depending on commission and position location. The position requires a flexible retail schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. Nice To Haves

Two or more years of retail sales experience is preferred but not required; training is available for the right candidate.
Experience working directly with customers in a service role, such as serving, bartending, retail sales, real estate, or flight attendant work.

Responsibilities
