About The Position

Rooms To Go is hiring a full-time Retail Sales Associate to help customers choose furniture and create their desired home design. The role welcomes applicants with direct customer-service experience, including people from serving, bartending, retail, real estate, and flight-attendant backgrounds. Training is provided, and retail sales experience is preferred but not required. Associates use sales tools, devices, and software while benefiting from the company’s advertising, financing, and delivery services. Compensation averages around $70,000–$100,000 per year, depending on commissions and position location. The role requires a flexible retail schedule that includes days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Requirements
