About The Position

RideNow Powersports-Jacksonville is looking for an energetic, positive, and customer-focused Sales Associates to join their growing team of sales professionals. No riding or sales experience is required. The role involves providing exceptional service and product knowledge to help customers find their dream ride, maintaining a positive and high-energy environment, and collaborating with a team of dedicated professionals. The associate will continuously learn about industry trends and models, greet and assist customers, guide them through the sales process, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory, features, and promotions. Building strong customer relationships, processing sales documentation accurately, and participating in showroom upkeep are also key responsibilities.

Requirements

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • A self-starter attitude with the drive to exceed goals
  • High level of enthusiasm and a willingness to learn product knowledge & follow a sales process
  • Punctuality is vital to a team dynamic
  • Ability to work weekends and peak sales periods
  • Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to safely push motorcycles weighing up to 850lbs
  • Must be able to safely and efficiently move through the dealership premises—including indoor showrooms, vehicle lots, and service areas—while maintaining awareness of moving vehicles, customer foot traffic, and showroom displays.

  • Prior experience in retail or dealership sales is preferred

  • Process sales documentation accurately and efficiently
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and dealership sales goals
  • Participate in showroom upkeep and vehicle display setup
