About The Position

We are hiring Sales Professionals for our Cavender Subaru of Midland Odessa dealership and are hosting a special Sales Hiring Event. This event will involve interviews with potential on-the-spot offers for qualified candidates. The event is scheduled for Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM at 6701 SH 191, Midland, Texas 79706. Candidates are encouraged to submit their applications, after which a recruiting team member will contact them to schedule an interview time. Requirements

Sales or Customer Service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-focused attitude with a track record of providing positive customer experiences
Valid driver’s license
Ability to successfully complete an MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test

Responsibilities

Greet customers and identify their vehicle needs
Guide customers through the sales process, including vehicle selection, test drives, personalization, financing, and paperwork
Provide professional and knowledgeable presentations and demonstrations of new and used vehicles
Use our CRM system to track customer interactions and follow up effectively
Present deal structures and additional finance products
Maintain strong customer relationships and high customer satisfaction
Complete ongoing training to stay current on new vehicle products, features, and accessories
Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards
Coordinate vehicle delivery and registration
Engage in business development by contacting prospects and clients by phone and email
