About The Position

Sanderson Ford is currently adding members to our outstanding sales staff due to some of our longest tenured associates retiring.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in automotive sales or a related customer-facing sales role is a plus but not necessarily a requirement.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting sales targets.
  • Basic understanding of financing options and sales contracts.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored vehicle recommendations.
  • Present and demonstrate vehicles to prospective buyers, highlighting features and benefits.
  • Negotiate sales terms while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Follow up with customers post-sale to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business.
  • Collaborate with finance, service, and management teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
