About The Position

Boeing Distribution, Inc. is seeking an experienced Sales Product Support professional to join their team. This role will provide crucial support to major engine programs by assisting in the development of marketing and sales initiatives for specific product lines. The position involves supporting Product Line Managers (PLMs) and Integrated Product Team (IPT) leaders in various countries and customer segments. Key responsibilities include market analysis, research, data collection, and product line maintenance. The Sales Product Support will also help PLMs identify and expand business opportunities globally to meet long-range business plan (LRBP) targets and other product line objectives. Travel, both domestically and internationally, will be required to execute country and customer/market strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ or more years of related work experience.
  • 2+ years of experience in Product, Sales, Program, and/or P&L Management.
  • Experience working directly with customers and/or suppliers.
  • 2+ years of experience working for an engine OEM and/or MRO shop.
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish.
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically & internationally up to 25% of the time.
  • Must meet export control compliance requirements; a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required (U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee).

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with Defense/military programs/offices.
  • Technical knowledge/experience such as A&P or equivalent certification or training.

Responsibilities

  • Generate reports, analyze results, and provide action plan suggestions to support overall marketing strategies.
  • Conduct product line sales and market research for the Product Line Manager (PLM).
  • Review actual sales data and provide actionable plans related to existing market strategies.
  • Communicate with PLM, Program Manager (PM), Customer Service Representative (CSR), and Planners to identify potential market opportunities.
  • Collaborate with PLM, PM, CSR, and Planners, as well as the client, to establish priorities and action plans.
  • Execute assigned tasks by PLM and PM according to instructions and specified completion times.
  • Ensure resolution of day-to-day client and internal inquiries.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
