About The Position

Boeing Global Services, Distribution Business, is looking for a dynamic Experienced Product Support in Davie, FL or Dallas, TX. This position will assist major engine programs by providing support to program personnel in developing marketing or sales initiatives for a specific product line and providing support to Product Line managers/IPT leaders in specific countries and customer/market segments. This support will include but is not limited to market analysis, research, data collection and product line maintenance. This position will assist the PLM in developing & expanding business opportunities throughout the worldwide customer marketplace to achieve LRBP targets and other product line/business objectives. This position will travel as needed to execute defined country and customer/market strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ or more years of related work experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in Product, Sales, Program and/or P&L Management
  • Experience working directly with customers and/or suppliers
  • 2+ years’ experience working for an engine OEM and/or MRO shop
  • Fluent in verbal and written English and Spanish
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically & internationally up to 25% of the time
  • This position must meet export control compliance requirements. To meet export control compliance requirements, a “U.S. Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. §120.15 is required. “U.S. Person” includes U.S. Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.

Responsibilities

  • Generate reports, analyze results and provide action plan suggestions in support of overall marketing strategies
  • Conduct product line sales & market research for PLM
  • Review actual sales data and provide supportable action plans relating to existing market strategies
  • Communicate with PLM, PM, CSR, and Planners to identify potential market opportunities
  • Work with PLM, PM, CSR, and Planners as well as the client to establish priorities & action plans
  • Execute various tasks (as assigned by PLM and PM) in accordance with instructions and specified completion times
  • Ensure resolution of day-to-day client and internal inquiries
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships
