About The Position

Position Summary In this role you will play a key role in introducing and growing a new product within our existing customer base. This role is ideal for someone with a “hunter” mindset who enjoys uncovering new opportunities, experimenting with prospecting approaches, and driving engagement. You’ll be responsible for scheduling conversations, leading product demos, and supporting customers through onboarding and adoption of the new solution. Additionally, you’ll work closely with both the product and sales teams to support product growth, accelerate adoption, and drive overall sales success.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 yr of experience in sales development or inside sales (SDR, BDR, ADR, or similar roles)
  • Strong sales communication skills, including confident cold calling, getting past gatekeepers, building rapport quickly, and comfortably speaking with experienced business owners
  • Coachable and open to feedback, with a genuine interest in learning and improving
  • Analytical and metrics‑minded, understanding how data is used to track and improve performance
  • Hands‑on experience using a CRM (Salesforce preferred; Pardot a plus)
  • Results‑driven, high‑energy, and motivated by goals and performance

Nice To Haves

  • Background or hands-on experience in Marketing is considered an asset
