Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills
  • A positive, upbeat attitude
  • Accurate record keeping of all appropriate dealership documents
  • A willingness to learn using our state of the art training tools
  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • All employees must pass Quirk's pre-employment background check, drug test, physical and motor vehicle record (when applicable to position)

  • Experience is welcome but not required. Our training and orientation program will have you comfortable, capable, and confident.

Responsibilities

  • Present the manufacturer's product, features, and benefits to our customers along with taking test drives
  • Assist sales managers in the sales/delivery process
  • Keep up to date on all dealer information, as well as industry news.
  • Study our training program sales skills and product knowledge
  • Obtain a high level of customer satisfaction along with assessing customer needs to achieve a high level of results
  • Other tasks as required by the manager
