Requirements

At least one to three years of sales experience soliciting new accounts, ideally selling service agreements.
Skill and ability to persuade and close sales while handling various situations that may be encountered throughout the sales process.
Well versed in using iPad, iPhone and overall general computer programs.
Commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to execute tasks with a great amount of detail.

Responsibilities

Promote and sell service agreements for fire alarm, fire sprinkler, fire extinguisher and pre-engineered systems.
Establish contact with potential buyers of service contracts by scheduling calls, making site visits and following up on leads.
Close sufficient sales to meet sales plan objectives.
Anticipate customers’ needs and develop a sales strategy to meet their expectations.
Develop and maintain a positive ongoing customer relationship.
