About The Position

Pulmuone Foods USA is seeking a Sales Planning Analyst (Bilingual in Korean) to join their team. The company's mission is to create a healthy future for people and the earth with wholesome foods. Pulmuone Foods USA brands include Nasoya, Wildwood, Emerald Valley Kitchen, Monterey Gourmet Foods, and Cibo Naturals. The Sales Planning Analyst will be responsible for analyzing sales data, managing P&L targets, forecasting sales, developing marketing strategies, overseeing expense management, and supporting supply chain operations. This is a fully onsite position at their Fullerton location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred
  • 3~5 years of relevant work experience
  • Bilingual skills in Korean
  • Excellent in verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong MS Office skills, with emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to accomplish tasks in a timely manner and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently

Responsibilities

  • Analyze sales data, set and manage Profit & Loss (P&L) targets by product categories and channels
  • Manage daily sales update from internal sales team, chains/stores, and manage monthly ending sales forecast
  • Manage multiple projects effectively and handle scheduling efficiently
  • Research and develop in-store sales & marketing promotion strategy including in store display, visual merchandizing and promotional materials for Asian channel products
  • Oversee expense management and efficiency, including demonstration budget and ROI review on all expenses
  • Update weekly sales latest forecast and analyze Yearly (YTD) sales trend
  • Manage variety of sales report including new product sales report, review monthly sales per sales channel & product categories
  • Forecast yearly demand and develop inventory operation plan for import products
  • Support SCM with ingredients/raw materials order processing for local production
  • Support SCM division with initial order quantity, reorder point for import SKUs based on quantitative and qualitative analysis
  • Develop and maintain capitalized channel strategies and product category to support growth and maximize profitability
  • Identify emerging markets, market shifts, and competitor activity
  • Create monthly review of key account performance and activities
  • Assist with ad hoc reports or other responsibilities as assigned
