Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, business intelligence, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail, solid logical thinking, and excellent prioritization skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spirit
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong technical aptitude, particularly with Excel
  • Bilingualism required, both spoken and written (French/English)

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL and Power BI is considered an asset but not required
  • Knowledge of SAP IBP is considered an asset but not required

Responsibilities

  • Develop, maintain, and improve a monthly demand forecasting process
  • Measure and analyze forecast accuracy, identify gaps, and propose improvement plans
  • Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance and optimize internal processes
  • Actively contribute to the development of the annual budget and provide updated volume projections to support financial and operational planning
  • Perform in-depth analyses to support strategic decision-making
  • Act as a driver of continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and proposing innovative, data-driven solutions
