Requirements

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business administration, economics, finance, business intelligence, or a related field
Strong attention to detail, solid logical thinking, and excellent prioritization skills
Excellent interpersonal skills and strong team spirit
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong technical aptitude, particularly with Excel
Bilingualism required, both spoken and written (French/English)

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of analytical tools such as SQL and Power BI is considered an asset but not required
Knowledge of SAP IBP is considered an asset but not required

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and improve a monthly demand forecasting process
Measure and analyze forecast accuracy, identify gaps, and propose improvement plans
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor performance and optimize internal processes
Actively contribute to the development of the annual budget and provide updated volume projections to support financial and operational planning
Perform in-depth analyses to support strategic decision-making
Act as a driver of continuous improvement by identifying process optimization opportunities and proposing innovative, data-driven solutions
