About The Position

Mom365 is seeking a part-time photographer and sales professional to photograph newborns and their families in a hospital environment. The role offers guaranteed pay of $15 per hour, with the potential to earn commission up to $21 per hour. Photographers help families preserve meaningful memories while providing welcoming, warm, professional, and patient service to families and hospital partners. The position involves meeting photography sales goals, collaborating with team members, and safely handling newborns.

Requirements

• Beginner-to-mid-level photography skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a hospital environment.
• Ability to perform moderate physical activity and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass background checks and health screenings.
• Current vaccinations, including COVID-19 vaccination, are required.
• Pass a 12-panel drug test, including THC.
