About The Position

Mom365 is hiring a part-time newborn photographer for a photography and sales role. The position offers guaranteed pay of $19.00 per hour, with the potential to earn commission up to $25.00 per hour. Photographers capture newborns and their families, create a welcoming customer experience, and help families preserve cherished moments. The role involves interacting with families and hospital partners, working independently in a hospital environment, and collaborating with team members.

Requirements

• Beginner-to-mid-level photography skills.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Ability to work independently in a hospital environment.
• Ability to perform moderate physical activity and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Reliable transportation.
• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• At least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Pass required background checks and health screenings.
• Current vaccinations, including COVID-19 vaccination.
• Pass a 12-panel drug test, including THC.

• Preferred experience in sales and customer service.
• Strong verbal communication skills.
