About The Position

Philips ECG Solutions enables a new standard of cardiac care across the continuum by connecting care from home to hospital and hospital to home, allowing customers to deliver patient-centered heart care everywhere. As a Philips ECG Solutions Account Executive, you will primarily be responsible for orchestrating the sales process from lead identification, prospecting new business, maintaining and growing existing client accounts, and ensuring sales strategies meet revenue objectives while promoting ECG Solutions products and services. You will be part of a dynamic sales organization, calling on cardiologists, electrophysiologists, and hospital administrators in both office and hospital settings. This role reports to the Regional Sales Leader and involves driving sales revenue and overall market share within the Utah territory, as well as nurturing existing accounts. This is a field-based role requiring daily travel within the territory. Philips is a health technology company committed to improving lives through quality healthcare.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience reflecting a track record of proven success within the Medical Device and / or Biotechnology arena, preferably in cardiology
  • Demonstrated track record of consistently meeting or exceeding an annual quota of more than $1M
  • Advanced selling capability that showcases commitment to sales and company strategy, customer satisfaction, negotiation and the ability to close
  • Experience and success in hunting for new business
  • Strong communication and presentation skills required
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or health related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Ability to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position
  • US work authorization is a precondition of employment
  • Reside in or within commuting distance to Salt Lake City, UT

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling in hospitals or IDNs preferred

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate the sales process from lead identification

  • Communicate the company’s competitive differentiation and value proposition to enhance sales and convert competitive accounts
