Requirements

  • Strong track record in B2B sales and business development.
  • Confidence in managing a full sales cycle.
  • Mastery of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
  • Relationship-first approach and ability to spot client needs.
  • Must live in Denver Metro or Southern California.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience selling into industries such as building services, cleaning, recycling/waste, or construction.

Responsibilities

  • Manage a full sales cycle, from cold outreach to closing deals.
  • Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities.
  • Build relationships with clients and identify their needs.
  • Travel occasionally for client meetings and events.
