Requirements

  • 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
  • Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent

Nice To Haves

  • 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
  • Experience working within a high-growth, technology company

Responsibilities

  • Develop plans, processes, and optimization strategies that drive efficiency and scale across the team.
  • Partner with Directors and Heads of Sales teams to identify short term and long term operational goals.
  • Define and develop new processes to eliminate bottlenecks.
  • Drive scalable methods of tracking and improving team performance.
  • Leverage the latest AI tools and resources to streamline existing workflows, automate repeatable processes, and operationalize new efficiencies across the sales operations function.
  • Become a deep subject matter expert in Sales Operations procedures, blockers, and bottlenecks.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including KfB's Business Intelligence, Scheduling, Forecasting, and Operations teams to identify opportunities for optimization and implement solutions that enable the sales operations team to achieve its goals.
  • Ensure that processes are executed in line with Amazon's customer obsessed culture and that installations are booked and executed in a timely, friction-free, and professional manner.
