About The Position

We’re building a remote sales team focused on high-performance conversations, strong follow-through, and real client results. Our company works with coaches, consultants, agencies, and online businesses to help them grow using modern sales systems, AI-enhanced lead generation, and scalable outbound strategies. As demand continues to increase, we’re looking for experienced sales professionals who know how to communicate, build trust, and move conversations forward naturally. This is a remote role with inbound opportunities already flowing into the pipeline. You’ll be stepping into a structured environment with systems, support, and room to grow based on performance.

Requirements

  • Experience in remote sales, appointment setting, or high-ticket closing
  • Communicate confidently without sounding robotic or overly scripted
  • Self-motivated and productive in a remote environment
  • Understand how to guide conversations while building genuine rapport

  • Can stay organized while handling multiple conversations and follow-ups

Responsibilities

  • Conducting Zoom or phone sales conversations with interested prospects
  • Qualifying leads and identifying client needs
  • Managing follow-up conversations and pipeline activity
  • Navigating objections professionally and confidently
  • Updating CRM records accurately after calls
  • Working alongside a performance-focused remote team
