About The Position
United Automobile Insurance Company is seeking a Sales and Operations Support Specialist (Agency Support) to provide essential assistance to its sales and marketing team. The role supports insurance agents with onboarding, licensing, appointments, commissions, policy support, and general agency service needs. It serves as a liaison between agents, internal departments, and insurance carriers to help ensure timely processing and excellent customer service. This is a remote opportunity. The ideal candidate will be located in the Miami-Dade or Broward County area.

Responsibilities
- Assist agents with onboarding and appointment processes.
- Review applications and supporting documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Process agency updates, terminations, reinstatements, and ownership changes.
- Communicate with agents regarding missing documentation and compliance requirements.
- Support commission, sweep account, and billing-related requests.
- Maintain accurate notes and records in Salesforce.
- Coordinate with underwriting, licensing, accounting, and management teams.
- Monitor pending items and follow up to ensure timely resolution.
- Provide professional customer service via phone and email.
- Assist with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
