Requirements

• 2 years of experience in sales operations, demand planning, customer service, or order management.
• Proven experience supporting sales, customer service, or operations teams in a fast-paced, multi-account environment.
• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
• Strong analytical, forecasting, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Consistently punctual and reliable, with dependable transportation.
• 18 years of age or older and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual English / Spanish.
• Experience in the food, wholesale, or perishables industry.
• Familiarity with Slack for team communication and cross-functional coordination.

Responsibilities

• Enter orders accurately and on time into our ERP system, following Firebrand’s business requirements.
• Partner with production and logistics teams to ensure every order is fulfilled correctly and delivered on schedule.
• Build strong customer relationships with timely updates on order status, quick issue resolution, and reliable ongoing support.
• Run daily and weekly demand planning and forecasting by account and store location to optimize inventory and supply-chain efficiency.
• Monitor sales performance, customer activity, and product trends — surfacing risks and opportunities to leadership before they become problems.
• Analyze large data sets to uncover insights, build reports on demand and sales patterns, and support tactical decisions across operations, production, and finance.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors, using tools like Slack for order updates, escalations, and cross-functional handoffs.
• Champion a culture of accountability, inclusion, and continuous improvement aligned with Firebrand’s mission.
