About The Position

The Sales Operations Specialist - LA supports the execution of sales strategy through data analysis, systems, and process optimization. This role partners with Sales and cross-functional teams to improve performance, efficiency, and productivity. It also helps manage operational projects that align with broader company goals. The position plays a key role in enabling sales teams with the tools and insights needed for success. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of experience in sales operations, enablement, training coordination, or related business support roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in English, Spanish, and Portuguese (both written and spoken).
  • Proficiency in working with data, reporting, and systems administration, with experience supporting sales tools or operational processes.
  • Strong understanding of sales operations and commercial support processes, with the ability to apply analytical thinking to reporting and data validation.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and consistency across data, reports, and administrative tasks.
  • Effective communicator and collaborative team player, able to work cross-functionally and support diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver sales performance dashboards and reports, translating data into actionable insights for leadership decision-making.
  • Partner with Sales and cross-functional teams to streamline processes, enhance efficiency, and enable focus on high-value activities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance metrics, driving continuous improvement through data-driven recommendations and feedback.
  • Lead assigned operational projects and support sales initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader organizational objectives.
  • Develop and maintain documentation, reports, and meeting materials to support sales operations and customer engagements.
  • Provide regional support through forecasting, planning (AOP/LRP), and consolidated market analysis, identifying opportunities for growth and optimization.
