About The Position

RevenueCat is a leading monetization platform for mobile applications, specializing in in-app subscriptions. The company is seeking a Sales Operations Specialist to join the founding team of RC Capital, its new financial services venture. RC Capital's initial product, Early Payouts, offers developers faster access to their App Store proceeds. This role is crucial for managing the end-to-end customer lifecycle within RC Capital, involving lead evaluation, customer onboarding, ongoing support, and operational/risk management. The specialist will collaborate across various departments including Product, Sales, Support, Finance, and Marketing, with the flexibility to handle diverse tasks daily. This position reports to the VP of Strategy & Operations.

Requirements

  • 3+ years in a client-facing role spanning sales, account management, or customer support.
  • Ideally, experience in fintech/payments.
  • 1-2 years of marketing or growth experience running campaigns, producing content, or managing CRM-driven outreach.
  • Some fluency in tracking marketing performance.
  • Track record of closing and managing a high volume of client relationships.
  • Comfortable operating across ambiguity.
  • Equally at ease in a client call, a data review, or a cross-functional planning meeting.
  • Comfortable with AI tools and building automations.
  • Strong analytical instincts.
  • Comfortable working in CRM, support, and analytics tooling (Salesforce, Notion, Linear, Zendesk/Intercom, Google Analytics or similar).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Calm under pressure when resolving disputes or risk issues.
  • Detail-oriented with a bias toward process improvement and documentation.
  • Ability to work overlapping hours with US timezones.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with payment operations, fraud/risk workflows, or compliance-adjacent processes.
  • Exposure to mobile apps or embedded finance industries.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate new leads for RC Capital.
  • Onboard new customers.
  • Support customers post-onboarding.
  • Handle operational and risk-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with Product, Sales, Support, Finance, and Marketing teams.
  • Manage the customer lifecycle end-to-end for RC Capital.
  • Get ramped on RC Capital's product, pricing, and its integration with RevenueCat's platform.
  • Gain visibility into the current pipeline and onboarding process, ensuring opportunities are managed effectively.
  • Shadow sales calls, onboarding flows, and account reviews.
  • Handle initial customer calls and support queries with supervision.
  • Independently manage incoming customer queries and disputes.
  • Own a portfolio of inbound and outbound opportunities, managing screening through onboarding.
  • Report regularly on funnel size and quality to the team and executives, providing insights on funnel composition, speed to close, and drop-off rates.
  • Contribute to marketing and content initiatives for developer acquisition and retention.
  • Surface customer needs and operational improvements for roadmap planning.
  • Run the full sales cycle end-to-end with minimal support.
  • Work closely with Sales and Support teams to acquire new leads.
  • Oversee marketing efforts and track campaign and pipeline performance.
  • Implement automations and workflow changes to reduce manual support load and improve customer experience.
  • Implement and refine strategies for managing risk throughout the sales lifecycle.
  • Contribute to the Product roadmap by surfacing customer requests.
  • Serve as a point of contact for Legal, Operations, and Data on partner and regulatory questions.
