EverflowOakland, CA
Hybrid

About The Position

We are looking for an experienced sales operations specialist to join our team. You’ll be the brain behind our sales tech stack, and own our HubSpot CRM. You’ll build smart automations, create dashboards that leadership actually wants to look at, turn raw data into insights that drive decisions, and act as the go-to expert for the sales team when anything in the stack breaks, confuses people, or needs improvement. If you enjoy mixing technical problem-solving, data analysis, and helping teams work more efficiently, this is your kind of role. This role requires a hybrid schedule with a 2-day in-office requirement per week at one of our office locations in Oakland, or Costa Mesa.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of sales operations experience
  • Have been a CRM admin in Hubspot or Salesforce
  • Data Literacy - Comfortable with excel, CRM reporting, building dashboards
  • Sales Background or Extensive Sales Knowledge (doesn’t have to be tech)
  • Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving skills, very comfortable multi-tasking
  • Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Experience with data manipulation, management, analysis, and reporting
  • Comfortable leading complex projects and working autonomously in multiple systems

Nice To Haves

  • HubSpot or Salesforce Admin certifications
  • Experience with Clay or similar AI powered prospecting/enrichment tools
  • Knowledge of common sales tools and CRM integrations (Outreach, LISN)

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain our HubSpot CRM instance, including fields, objects, workflows, automations, and integrations
  • Troubleshoot technical issues within the CRM and integrated sales tools. Review tickets, track down the root cause of problems, identify and implement scalable solutions
  • Create and optimize reports and dashboards to drive visibility and boost performance
  • Export information and build reporting and charts in excel, extract insights from raw data
  • Serve as the go-to resource for the sales team across all sales tools - answering questions, solving problems, providing training, and ensuring everyone can work efficiently within our tech stack
  • Use Clay and other tools to build and enrich prospect lists, clean and validate lead data, and seamlessly upload information into our CRM
  • Collaborate and communicate with leadership to identify process improvements, keep data flowing, and provide support to the sales team
  • Clean and maintain data across our systems, develop data hygiene, quality, and governance standards

Benefits

  • Employer Covered Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance
  • Unlimited PTO and paid holidays
  • 401(k)
