About The Position

Advantech is searching for a Sales Operations Specialist II to join our growing team. In this role, you will partner directly with assigned Key Account Managers to manage the order lifecycle for a portfolio of accounts, from bookings and shipping through backlog, EOL, and collections. You will work across Accounting, Supply Chain, Production, and Logistics to keep product launches and fulfillment on schedule.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1-3+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Account Management, or Supply Chain Management
  • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Teams) and advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly, verbally and in writing, with internal and external stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities independently

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
  • Experience utilizing an ERP system (e.g., SAP)
  • Experience managing Key Accounts with EAR of $1M+

Responsibilities

  • Manage bookings, shipping, expediting, and backlog for assigned accounts
  • Validate purchase orders for accuracy on price, MOQ/MSQ, incoterms, shipping points, and NCNR terms, and communicate needed changes to customers
  • Partner with assigned Key Account Managers to support sales operations and drive future business after mass production
  • Manage EOL processes, including execution of LTB and LOI, and coordinate internally and externally to completion
  • Monitor customer receivable balances, assist the Accounts Receivable team with collections, and provide recommendations to management regarding credit issues that may affect shipment release
  • Coordinate with Accounting, Production, Supply Chain/Peripheral Trading, Logistics, RMA, and other internal teams to resolve issues
  • Work with Supply Chain on demand planning and inventory balancing
  • Proactively identify and report potential risks, and work with the customer and internal stakeholders until each case is closed
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
