About The Position

The Senior Manager, Sales Operations will serve as a trusted advisor to Sales Leadership, providing data-driven insights, forecasting, planning, and operational support to drive revenue growth and sales effectiveness. This individual contributor role will partner closely with Sales, Finance, and cross-functional teams to improve business performance, optimize processes, and accelerate strategic initiatives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales Operations, Finance, FP&A, Business Analytics, or related functions.
  • Experience with forecasting, sales performance management, and KPI reporting.
  • Strong analytical, financial modeling, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Salesforce, Power BI, or similar tools.
  • Fluent English (written and spoken) required.

Responsibilities

  • Transform sales and financial data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop sales forecasts and performance analyses.
  • Act as a trusted business partner to Area Sales Leaders and senior stakeholders.
  • Build and manage sales quotas, KPI frameworks, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Monitor sales performance, pipeline health, and key business metrics.
  • Support strategic planning, territory planning, and resource allocation.
