PARC is seeking a Sales & Operations Project Manager to support a results-driven strategy focused on strengthening sales culture and increasing occupancy across select residences. Working hands-on with community leadership and cross-functional teams, this role will identify operational gaps impacting sales performance and lead targeted initiatives to drive occupancy and resident referrals. This is a project and change-oriented position suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced, execution-focused environment.
