About The Position

The Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) Coordinator supports demand planning for the Construction Industries Aftermarket business. The role analyzes historical data, forecasts future demand, and facilitates monthly S&OP reviews. Working with Commercial, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations partners, the coordinator helps communicate accurate demand signals across the supply chain to support customer needs and business objectives. The position is onsite five days a week and is based in Irving, Texas, with an additional location in Peoria, Illinois. Travel may be required up to 10%. Relocation assistance and U.S. work authorization assistance are not offered. Visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Requirements

Knowledge of collaborative techniques and ability to work constructively with varied individuals and groups.
Knowledge of data-gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize information from multiple stakeholders and sources objectively.
Knowledge of forecasting tools, approaches, and practices; ability to determine product demand and estimate production requirements and loads.
Knowledge of internal resource coordination techniques, tools, and applications; ability to synchronize activities and responsibilities so resources are used efficiently.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze business problems to understand root causes and identify forward-looking opportunities.
Conduct forecasting using trend analysis and statistical modeling to support decision-making.
Liaise with operational management teams on resource-planning matters.
Produce resource schedules that maximize performance and meet KPIs and SLAs.
Collaborate with process partners to ensure supplier schedules are accurately loaded, maintained, and executed to support business requirements.
Analyze historical data, forecast future demand, and facilitate monthly S&OP reviews.
Help communicate accurate demand signals across the supply chain in collaboration with Commercial, Sales, Supply Chain, and Operations partners.
