The Sales Operations Manager works in close collaboration with the VPs of Business Development and drives various operating mechanisms and processes to maximize sales performance. The Sales Operations Manager will lead the annual sales target-setting process, act as the CRM system (Salesforce.com) expert, perform territory analytics, support the revenue budget-setting process, organize and drive monthly sales funnel reviews, and assist the business unit leadership team in annual Strategic Planning processes. Other duties as assigned.
