We are seeking a Manager, Sales Operations to join our Sales organization in a hybrid role based at the Kemps Home Office in St. Louis Park, MN. This role serves as a key strategic and operational partner to the Sales Director for National Accounts, supporting the execution of national account strategies. The Manager, Sales Operations is responsible for leading and optimizing core sales operations, sales analysis, and sales support processes that enable the effectiveness of National Account sales teams. This role supports national retail customers within the dairy and frozen product categories across multiple brands, with a strong emphasis on data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across reporting, forecasting, pricing, and customer information. Working closely with the Sales Director for National Accounts and cross-functional partners (Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Customer Service), this role ensures that accurate, timely, and actionable information supports decision-making and the successful execution of national account initiatives. The position reports to the National Accounts Sales Director.
