About The Position

We’re looking for a Sales Operations Manager to optimize and scale our revenue systems, data, and processes. This person will own our CRM Process, ensure pipeline accuracy, and help build a data -driven foundation for growth across marketing, sales, and customer success. You’ll be the connective tissue between GTM strategy and execution — someone who loves turning chaos into clarity and insights into impact.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related field
  • Deep expertise with Zoho or Apollo CRM (certifications preferred)
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills — Excel proficiency required; Power BI experience a plus
  • Proven ability to manage GTM data structures and processes in a startup or high -growth environment
  • Excellent communication and cross -functional collaboration skills

  • Experience in Marketplaces, Construction, or B2B Saas

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with our Product Team to develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and workflows to ensure data accuracy and visibility
  • Partner with leadership to define KPIs and pipeline health metrics
  • Automate manual processes and streamline lead routing, deal tracking, and forecasting
  • Conduct performance analyses and recommend data -backed improvements to drive conversion and retention
  • Manage and maintain integrations between Apollo and other GTM tools
  • Support territory design, quota management, and commission modeling as we scale
  • Collaborate cross -functionally with Marketing, Product, and Finance to ensure alignment across the funnel
