Position Purpose: The Sales Operations Manager will serve as the Business Process Owner for Salesforce and the business unit’s internal sales management processes, ensuring adherence to governance standards and optimal utilization of Salesforce across the business development and sales teams. This individual will audit sales pipeline health, drive KPI tracking and process improvements, and oversee commission and pay incentive data administration for Finance/HR. The role requires a blend of technical Salesforce expertise, operational oversight, and analytical skills to support revenue growth in the nexus of water and energy.
