The Sales Operations Manager is a professional responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and management of sales analytics, compensation plans, and pricing for Champion Healthcare Solutions, the leading medical seating company in the industry. This is a temporary, project-based role anticipated to last 6–8 months , focused on optimizing sales revenue by aligning pricing with market conditions and incentivizing sales teams through effective compensation structures. This person is an individual contributor whose experience and talents enable them to impact in a wide range of areas, able to develop strategies with our executive leadership and roll-up-their-sleeves and execute tactics to support their strategic recommendations.
