About The Position

Join us as a Sales Operations Manager, where you will play a key role in driving operational excellence and enabling strong commercial performance across our ENT business. You will shape strategy, improve processes and empower our sales teams to perform at their best. What will you be doing? Lead end to end sales operations for the ENT business, driving operational excellence. Partner with sales leadership to define and execute strategies aligned to business goals. Conduct market and competitive analysis to support go to market planning. Design and maintain optimal territory structures and support territory optimisation efforts. Build and deliver dashboards and reports that drive insight led decision making. Analyse performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Lead the annual quota setting process and support incentive plan design. Manage and resolve commission related inquiries and disputes. Drive adoption of business intelligence tools and support data driven practices. Support annual and quarterly business planning and collaborate across functions. What will you need to be successful? Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field. Seven or more years of experience in Sales Operations or a related function, including three or more years in a leadership role. Strong analytical capability with experience in sales performance, forecasting and incentive planning. Proficiency with CRM and BI tools including Salesforce and advanced Excel. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Ability to thrive in a fast paced, matrixed environment while improving processes and systems. Applications will be accepted until February 13, 2026. The anticipated base compensation range for this position is $111,625.00 to $197,000.00 USD annually. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, and geographic location. Compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each position and candidate. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or related field.
