Haulaway Storage Containers is seeking a Sales & Operations Manager to lead our local branch in Kent, WA—serving the Tacoma and South Sound region. In this role, you will: • Build strong customer relationships, identify sales opportunities, and drive market growth. • Collaborate with sales, operations, and regional leadership to enhance processes and improve performance. • Lead and develop a high-performing team focused on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. • Oversee daily delivery operations, routing, scheduling, and customer service for the Kent/Tacoma branch. • Manage truck maintenance and repair needs to ensure a reliable and safe fleet. • Take ownership of both sales results and operational success to support branch growth and profitability.

  • 3+ years of experience in operations, transportation, logistics, or related industry.
  • Proven success in sales, customer relationship development, or revenue growth.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching or managing teams.
  • Ability to analyze operational performance and implement process improvements.
  • Working knowledge of truck operations, routing, DOT/OSHA requirements (preferred but not required).
  • Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, hands-on environment with shifting priorities.
  • Valid driver’s license; commercial or industry experience a plus.
