About The Position

Reporting to the Vice President of Business Strategy, the Sales Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting the success of UZURV’s Business Development and Client Services teams. This role blends strategy and execution, with a focus on sales operations, CRM optimization, reporting, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll help build the infrastructure, insights, and systems that enable scalable growth and strong, long-term client partnerships.

Requirements

  • You bring 5+ years of experience in paratransit, NEMT, mobility, or a related transportation sector, with a strong background in Business Development, Sales Operations, or Operations.
  • You have proven experience managing and optimizing Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
  • You’re skilled in B2B client engagement, account planning, and navigating complex sales environments.
  • You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities with confidence.
  • You’re comfortable operating in fast-paced, evolving environments and bring structure and clarity where it’s needed.
  • You’re a strategic thinker with strong analytical, project management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
  • You’re a proactive problem-solver who enjoys high-impact, high-visibility work.

Responsibilities

  • Own and manage Business Development reporting across Sales and Client Services.
  • Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards, executive summaries, and performance reports.
  • Develop and update sales presentations and supporting materials for both internal and external audiences.
  • Research and compile program, agency, and account intelligence to support pursuit strategy and client engagement.
  • Serve as the primary owner of UZURV’s CRM environment, with hands-on experience administering and optimizing Salesforce or a comparable platform.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and usability across pipelines, opportunities, contacts, and reports.
  • Design and refine workflows, dashboards, and reporting tools to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Act as a trusted resource to streamline sales processes and reduce administrative burden for the Business Development team.
  • Coordinate and participate in internal sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and strategy sessions.
  • Support partner relationship tracking and coordination from a sales-operations perspective.
  • Partner with Marketing to customize, maintain, and enhance strategic marketing and pursuit materials.
  • Work closely across departments to resolve issues and drive continuous improvement.
  • Identify root causes of process gaps and help implement practical, scalable solutions.
  • Stay current on trends in transit, paratransit, NEMT, and Salesforce best practices.
  • Represent UZURV at industry events, conferences, and trade shows as needed.
