This role is for a Sales Operations Manager who can accelerate our sales growth by focusing on selection, positioning and weekly goal attainment for our sales team members. The ideal candidate is a cautious risk taker with the vision to drive big picture change and growth, while also tending to the details or process necessary to attain those goals. They are a collaborative partner who works within the established vision to execute growth, serious and direct, and holds themselves and others to high standards. They have a proven track record for getting great results from the teams they’ve managed and can maximize the revenue growth potential of a team by understanding their strengths and positioning them to bring it everyday.

Requirements

  • Sales and sales operations and/or management experience.
  • Has the ability to activate team members to achieve your strategy.
  • Analytical, problem solver who can create projections and alignment with leadership.
  • Confident presenting ideas with clear rationale to company leaders.
  • Responsive to shifting market needs and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Goal-oriented, effective communicator and focused on team development.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with gamification in business achievement is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Activate and inform sales strategies to ensure we are creating and capturing growth opportunities.
  • Set revenue and performance goals.
  • Track sales team metrics and report data to leadership on a regular basis, ensuring data integrity.
  • Manage day-to-day performance of all sales team members through coaching, training, tools and processes.
  • Increase CRM usage as a way for sales team members to manage and prioritize their work.
  • Work with marketing to inform consistent, quality lead generation.
  • Lead weekly sales team meetings.
  • Generate ideas for sales contests and motivational initiatives.
  • Identify and hire high-performing salespeople.
  • Implement improvement plans when team members aren’t performing.
  • Embody Firespring culture.
