This role is central to ensuring our high-growth Sales and Marketing teams remain aligned, efficient, and equipped for success. ODRA is a premier manufacturer of chassis-mounted mechanical street sweepers used by municipalities, contractors, and industrial clients. Our machines are known for reliability, simplicity, fuel efficiency, and low operating costs. ODRA's continued growth is driven by our commitment to quality, customer success, and empowering our people to innovate and lead. We are seeking a strategic, organized, and process-driven Sales Operations Manager to lead the Sales Support, Inside Sales, and Marketing departments at ODRA. This leader will design, implement, and manage the systems, tools, workflows, and performance standards that drive sales effectiveness across international operations. Reporting directly to the VP, this role ensures the sales engine operates with precision-optimizing CRM, owning sales data integrity, overseeing forecasting, improving cross-functional communication, and enabling both Sales and Marketing to deliver consistent, measurable results. You will also have people leadership over the Marketing and Sales Ops teams and dotted line with Territory Sales Managers and their sales teams across the U.S. This is a high-visibility, high-impact leadership role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, scaling environment.
